Now let me tell you the reason I posted the original question. I’m having what I think may be a grounding issue on the bed and wondering if the input voltage is the issue. After careful review of the wiring on the back side of the terminal, I have realized the bed is actually wired for single phase. The issue that I am having is as follows. It started with three bulbs on the right arm not working. I opened the arm and noticed that the neutral connections from the three starters are connected to the a single terminal on the arm. This terminal connection on the top had two black wires to the main boards under the bed. The fourth starter working had its neutral going to a dedicated terminal, connection to a single black wire to under the bed. Three starters connected to one terminal, the fourth working connected to a different one. So, I came up with what I thought was a brilliant idea:

Trouble is, with three-phase -unlike Alice’s Restaurant- you can’t always get anything you want. If it’s tapped delta, giving L to L for the single-phase load, then the three-phase loads are connected at , not – no way around it. I’d say that the paint booth equipment is connected at volt, despite what the data plates may show.
